Role Overview:We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Manager to lead infrastructure, automation, and cloud strategy for a fast-growing tech-driven organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable systems, optimizing deployment pipelines, and driving a high-performance DevOps culture across teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the DevOps team, ensuring high availability and performance of systems
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ensure cost optimization
- Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and scaling
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams for faster release cycles
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
- Ensure security, compliance, and best DevSecOps practices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Mentor team members and build a strong DevOps culture
Must-Have Skills:- Strong experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Hands-on with Docker & Kubernetes (K8s)
- Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python / Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
Good to Have:- Experience in microservices architecture
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices
- Prior experience managing large-scale distributed systems
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/DevOps
