Grow together
Keeping DHL’s global operations running smoothly—and securely—is at the heart of what we do. As part of our DevOps Engineering team, you’ll be the go‑to expert ensuring the stability, reliability and seamless functioning of critical applications that keep DHL moving.
You will provide second‑level operational support, taking ownership of incidents that go beyond the scope of first-line teams. When issues become complex, you’ll dive deep into logs, telemetry and application behavior, collaborating with development teams, infrastructure engineers and system specialists to troubleshoot issues, uncover root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
But your impact doesn’t stop there. You’ll play a key role in developing AI‑driven workflows that transform how we monitor, support and deploy our applications. From building intelligent observability pipelines that detect anomalies before they become incidents, to creating automated analysis flows that accelerate investigations, your AI workflows will power a smarter, more proactive support ecosystem.
For anything related to
application stability, performance, configuration, intelligent automation and AI‑driven analysis within the Intercept ecosystem, you are our superhero. You’ll help plan, implement and validate changes across production environments in our global data centers, ensuring uninterrupted availability for mission‑critical DHL Group services.
Last but not least, technologies such
as API webservices, microservices, databases, observability stacks, monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines are all part of your support universe. Every day brings a new challenge—and a new opportunity to innovate and keep DHL running at full speed.
