Techtinium Technologies is looking for a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer who can ensure that a complex and growing cloud infrastructure is healthy, monitored, automated and is designed to scale. You will be working closely with various development teams right from the early stages of design all the way through identifying and resolving production issues.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point responsible for the overall health, performance, and capacity of one or more of our or our customer’s cloud infrastructures.
- Assist in the roll-out and deployment of new product features and installations to facilitate our rapid iteration and constant growth.
- Develop tools to improve our ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor custom applications in a large-scale UNIX environment.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that platforms are designed with "operability" in mind.
- Function well in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
- Build a world class team which will allow 24x7 second-tier escalations and round the clock monitoring and support
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of Systems Engineering/Site Reliability Operations role is required, ideally in a startup or fast growing company.
- Experience in UNIX based operations roles.
- Battle proven, real-life experience in running large and complex production environments.
- Scripting/Automating skill using languages such as Python, Ruby etc…
- Hands-on experience with CI tools like Jenkins, Configuration Management with Ansible, Monitoring tools like Nagios, New Relic etc…
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source tools.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Database, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ etc..
- Ability to work well as an individual or as part of a team.
- Problem solving ability with an analytical mind
- B.E in computer science or a related discipline
