Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks. This is a fully onsite role and requires candidates to attend an in-person interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments
- Implement security best practices in DevOps workflows (DevSecOps)
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of systems
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Shell)
- Experience with Terraform / Ansible / CloudFormation
- Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing DevSecOps practices
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.)
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to work onsite in McLean, VA (5 days/week)
- Must be available for a face-to-face interview
