DevOps L2 support
Experience: 5 -7 years
Location: Remote
Shift: 7 am to 4 pm IST
Budget: 15 to 18 LPA Max
DevOps L2 Support (Chinese + English)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 production support for cloud and DevOps environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, alerts, and performance issues
- Work with AWS and Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud) platforms
- Handle deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability tasks
- Collaborate with L3 teams and stakeholders across regions
- Maintain SLA adherence and documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong DevOps support experience
- Hands-on with AWS (mandatory) and exposure to Alibaba Cloud
- Experience in CI/CD tools, monitoring tools, scripting (Shell/Python)
- Excellent Mandarin & English communication skills
- Experience in incident management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
