Role – Salesforce Solution Architect / Senior Salesforce
Exp – 12 + years relevant( Need Architect candidates)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect / Consultant with a strong background in Salesforce org migrations, org consolidations, and org carve‑out projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce data models, platform architecture, governance frameworks, and best practices, and will play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and future‑ready Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Salesforce org migration, consolidation, and carve‑out initiatives, including strategy, design, execution, and post‑migration stabilization
- Design Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business, security, and scalability requirements
- Analyze and rationalize complex Salesforce data models, integrations, and customizations across legacy and target orgs
- Define and enforce Salesforce governance models, including release management, DevOps, data governance, and security best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions
- Provide architectural guidance on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce clouds (Marketing, Experience, CPQ, etc. – as applicable)
- Evaluate technical debt and recommend optimization, simplification, and modernization approaches
- Guide development teams on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
- Support integration architecture involving external systems, middleware, and data migration tools
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet both short‑term and long‑term business goals
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in Salesforce
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce org migration, org consolidation, and org carve‑out projects
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including:
- Multi‑org strategies
- Data model design
- Security and sharing models
- Integration patterns
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience with additional Salesforce clouds (Marketing, Experience, CPQ, Analytics, etc.) is a strong plus
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce governance, DevOps, and release management
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence technical and non‑technical audiences
