We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM modules and be capable of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong hands-on configuration and customization in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.)
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers
- Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance with governance standards
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ITSM implementation and support
- Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
