Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end program management for Intelligent Automation initiatives including RPA, Process Mining, Task Mining, IDP, Workflow, AI/ML, Gen AI, and Analytics.
• Identify automation opportunities in collaboration with business units, process excellence, and audit teams.
• Define program scope, timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful execution within budget and quality standards.
• Drive benefits realization including efficiency gains, cost optimization, and error reduction.
• Manage cross-functional global teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
• 18–20 years of experience in BFSI domain (Insurance preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in Program Management, including Greenfield projects.
• Strong exposure to Intelligent Automation (RPA, AI/ML, Process Mining, Gen AI, etc.).
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with project management tools like Planview, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) is a plus.
