Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in modern DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, Databricks pipelines, SQL, Maven, and Helm charts. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working in Agile methodologies and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automated pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, and Databricks pipelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices and toolsDevelop and maintain Helm charts for deploying applications on KubernetesWork with SQL databases to design and implement data pipelines and workflowsUtilize Maven to build and manage dependencies for Java-based applicationsParticipate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesLiaise with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and supportStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve DevOps practices and tools
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and Agile methodologiesHands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, Databricks pipelines, SQL, Maven, and Helm chartsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutionsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of containerization using Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with ITSM (IT Service Management) tools, such as ServiceNow or JIRACertification in DevOps, Agile, or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Scrum Master)
