We are looking for : Technical Team Leader - DevOps Platforms
You’ll make an impact by:
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of DevOps Platform SRE engineers.
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day IT operations and application of IT systems, within a team assigned.
- Acting as the primary technical authority for DevOps platforms and SRE practices.
- Define and govern reference architectures, engineering standards, and platform blueprints.
- Drive innovation through adoption of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices (IDP, GitOps).
- Establish and lead a culture of Operational Perfection (OpEx) across teams.
- Own end-to-end service operations lifecycle: Incident management & partner concern, Problem management & root cause analysis, Change and release governance.
- Implement proactive reliability practices like Observability (logs, metrics, traces), Chaos engineering, Resilience testing.
- Ensure platform and operations align with SOC 1 & SOC 2 controls (security, availability, confidentiality),ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301).
- Crafting cloud-native solutions, APIs, integrations using major cloud services, Kubernetes, and containerization for resilient, business-critical platforms.
- Enabling self-service platform capabilities that help development teams deliver faster with fewer operational dependencies.
- Optimizing platform performance and resource utilization by resolving bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement.
- Ensuring platforms meet security standard processes and compliance requirements across delivery and operations.
- Implement and govern FinOps practices for cost visibility and optimization.
- Collaborate with Engineering and product leadership, Enterprise architecture, Security, audit, and compliance teams.
- Communicate Platform performance and KPIs, Operational risks and mitigation, Compliance posture and audit readiness.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
- Bringing 20+ years of experience in IT, with 10+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering leadership roles.
- Build and scale Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and lead enterprise-scale platform transformations.
- Apply deep cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP, covering compute, storage, networking, and serverless services.
- Use Power BI dashboards and operational KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Implement ITIL-based service management practices and support audits, controls, and risk frameworks.
- Strengthen platform consistency using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and automation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Azure DevOps, and observability tools.
