DevOps Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of our connectivity platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a flagship product, contribute to scalable cloud infrastructure, and play a key role in shaping our engineering practices as we continue to grow.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate infrastructure, improve deployment processes, enhance system reliability, and ensure high availability of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational tasks.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multi-tenant environments.
- Manage production deployments, upgrades, and release processes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent tools.
- Configure and manage systems using Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
- Design and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, pref.IT/Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Solid experience with Linux system administration.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, UDP, sockets, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalent tools.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Strong scripting skills in Shell (Bash) and Python.
- Understanding of SRE principles, monitoring, incident response, and reliability engineering.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker containerization.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar pipeline tools.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or CloudWatch.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator) are a plus.
