Responsibilities
- DevOps Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive DevOps strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- AWS Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, EKS) to design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.
- Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and improve code quality.
- Python Scripting: Write efficient Python scripts to automate tasks, integrate with AWS services, and enhance DevOps workflows.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement effective monitoring tools and practices to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient delivery.
Requirements
- Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in AWS services and architecture
- Expertise in Python scripting and automation tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience:Minimum 12+ years of experience in DevOps roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing DevOps practices in AWS environments
