You will provide first/second level day-to-day operation support, which covers investigate and resolve incidents, to our global business across divisions within DHL.
An advocate for customer satisfaction especially when issues might get tricky, you’ll connect and collaborate with our internal experts or other IT support teams and specialist to find first-rate solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees by troubleshooting and resolving issues in our Oracle Cloud HCM system when they arise.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in supporting Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Workflow, Reporting - OTBI, BIP).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in supporting Oracle Cloud HCM. Implementation experience is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, with an affinity for excellent customer service.
- Track issues effectively using ITIL approved methodology (incidents, changes, requests and problems).
- Coordination and communication within the team and business.

Experienced HCM professional with good knowledge and hands on experience specially in Oracle Cloud HCM who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
You are a technology aficionado; you are eager to learn more about the capability of the product and other end user technologies. Able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
