Required Skills/Experience
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps and Cloud Technologies
- Proficiency in one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience managing high-scale production workloads
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Helm, etc.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge of Linux servers and networking
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language: Python, Shell, Go, or Java
- Experience with monitoring tools like DataDog, NewRelic, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana
- Understanding of modern cloud development practices, including microservices architectures and REST interfaces
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and right-sizing
- Develop automation tools and frameworks to enhance observability, availability, reliability, performance, and monitoring of systems
- Ensure application availability, performance, and scalability by adhering to proven design and architecture best practices
- Raise engineering standards by conducting design, code, and documentation reviews, and building self-service automation tools
- Participate in incident response, peer reviews, and blameless postmortems to maintain continuous improvement
- Drive the implementation of best practices for DevOps tooling and automation across services
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and integration processes
