We are looking for an Engineering Manager with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-class applications using Java, Spring Boot, ElasticSearch, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Clickhouse, and other data stores. Experience in eCommerce is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development & Delivery: Lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of scalable, reliable products. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while owning the entire software development lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team. Create a collaborative and innovative work environment focused on delivering customer-centric solutions. Provide technical guidance to solve complex challenges.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives and customer needs. Maintain clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Agile & Startup Mindset: Manage the team using Agile methodologies to deliver features quickly and iteratively. Stay flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment, handling shifting priorities effectively.
- DevOps & Continuous Improvement: Oversee CI/CD pipelines and drive automation to improve testing, deployment, and operational efficiency. Ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and performant to meet business demands.
