Project Role : Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Summary:
As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will act as a liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Your role will involve ensuring Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Additionally, you will hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Install/Upgrade/Configure, Administrate Autosys on various Operating System
Analyzes and recommends operational improvements, identity repeatable functions for potential elimination or automation.
Ability to analyze business scheduling requirements, develop and implement scheduling solutions.
Monitor and perform periodic health & performance check of the Autosys environment.
Maintain Autosys WCC GUI
Creating security policies using EEM
Install, Upgrade Autosys agents in both ON-PREM and Cloud.
Maintaining Autosys applications on HA in ON-PREM and Cloud environment.
Provide support on Changes related to OS patching, upgrades and maintenance.
Autosys job scheduling (Create, update & Remove jobs, machines, calendars, Global variables, Resources)
Setup user accounts using AutoSys secure
Knowledge in JIL creation.
Troubleshoot Job failures by analyzing logs and provide resolution.
