Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a DevSecOps Practice Lead at Relevance Lab. The Practice Lead will lead and manage the DevSecOps practice, implement security measures in DevOps processes, and drive continuous improvement in security practices. This position is based in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- IT Industry experience in DevOps, SW Development: 10 – 15 years
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or AWS Certified Security - Specialty
Technical skills:
5-7 years of Strong understanding of cloud technologies Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps, GCP
- Have hands-on experience in DevOps pipeline, Triggers
3-4 years of experience in Solutioning with DevOps tools
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, TerraTest
- Scripts using Yaml
- Security scan and Testing
- SonarQube and Integration
- Security vulnerability tools and assessment
- Optional skills: Puppet, Chef
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- 4 – 6 years in Azure and AWS environment
- Experience in DevOps Automation scripts
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (Azure /AWS) and IaaC
Experience in DevOps practices and methodologies
- Successful implementation of DevOps Environment and toolchain
- Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps environments
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Team Management and Development: Ability to lead and mentor team members
- Managed a team of 7 – 10 DevOps engineers for large projects
- SME Capability building, Training Plan development and mentoring DevOps engineers
- Collaboration skills and working across multiple project teams
- Conduct interviews for the Practice and do the hiring on a need basis
Business development, Artefacts and Case studies
- Ability to prepare case studies, Practice Plan and implementation
- Proposals: Experience in working with the Sales Team, Pre-sales
- Presentations and interactions with customers
- Campaigns: Working with the Marketing team
