Job Title : Azure DevOps Engineer – AKS & Containerization Specialist
Job Type : W2
Experience : 5 to 10 years
Location : Plano, Texas
Responsibilities
- Expertise in Azure cloud platform services, including AKS, Docker, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong experience in managing Kubernetes clusters in the Azure environment.
- Proficient in Docker containerization and management.
- Proficiency in using Terraform to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) integrations.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and scan management
- Knowledge of Kafka for messaging and streaming data integration.
- Experience with SQL queries in MySQL and Couchbase for database management and querying.
- Experience with JAVA application containerization and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud environments and containerized applications.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions on Azure, utilizing AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and Docker for containerized application deployment.
- Collaborate with development teams to containerize JAVA applications and deploy them into cloud environments.
- Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate and manage cloud resources.
- Develop and manage scan pipelines to ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes are in place.
- Work with SaaS and DaaS platforms to integrate and maintain cloud solutions.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud environments, containers, and applications.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
