Position Description
4+ DevOps Engineer
Design, build, and maintain multi-region, highly available infrastructure on AWS
Own the entire CI/CD ecosystem (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins X)
Implement and evangelize GitOps workflows with ArgoCD + Crossplane / Terraform
Build and tune observability: Prometheus + Grafana + Loki + Tempo + OpenTelemetry end-to-end
Lead incident response, blameless post-mortems, and reduce MTTR
Drive chaos engineering experiments (we break things in prod on purpose)
Automate everything that doesn't move (and some things that do)
Capacity planning, cost optimization, and keeping the CFO happy
Mentor juniors and review every Terraform PR
