DevOps Engineer
Location: Bangalore- Onsite
Contract: 6 months (possible extension)
Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)

A global real estate and property technology organization is hiring a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and scale enterprise-grade cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure.
The organization operates large, customer-facing digital platforms and values reliability, automation, and modern DevOps practices across distributed technology teams. This is a high-impact role where you'll play a key part in ensuring platform stability, performance, and efficient software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize availability, performance, and reliability of Azure-hosted platforms
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, server, and network issues and lead incident response
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Automate build, release, and deployment processes to improve speed and quality
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and ARM templates
- Analyze system metrics to drive continuous performance and reliability improvements
- Optimize Azure resource usage and cloud costs
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call/support schedule
Skills Required
- 3+ years' experience in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, ARM)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools
- Solid understanding of networking and Windows/Linux systems
- Experience with microservices, containers, or serverless architectures
