- 3-7 years of experience in CloudOps, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience managing and supporting Kubernetes in production environments.
- Experience building, maintaining, and scaling cloud infrastructure within AWS.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.
- Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, containers, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience working with distributed systems and modern infrastructure practices.
- Exposure to monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting production environments.
- Ability to partner closely with software engineering teams to improve platform reliability and developer experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience within fintech or financial services environments is a plus.
