What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Build scalable, secure, and highly available solutions supporting business-critical systems
- Automate infrastructure deployment and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve application delivery and reliability
- Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions across the infrastructure estate
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, risk, and compliance teams on platform initiatives
- Manage networking, connectivity, security controls, and cloud services
- Drive infrastructure modernization through automation and engineering best practices
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps background
- Deep cloud expertise, including architecture, deployment, and operational management
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
- CI/CD pipeline design and administration
- Monitoring and observability experience
- Scripting and automation using Python and/or Bash
- Strong networking fundamentals
Preferred Experience
- Background within financial services, capital markets, trading, or other regulated environments
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure
- Familiarity with enterprise networking and security technologies
- Hands-on experience with containerization, automation, and cloud-native services
- Exposure to AI-assisted development and engineering productivity tools
- Passion for automating processes rather than relying on manual administration
