Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled DevOps Architect to design, implement, and manage our DevOps strategies and processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and a deep understanding of how staging and production environments work together. Experience with AWS Amplify, production environment setup, and MongoDB Atlas is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and Design DevOps Solutions:
Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps strategies and processes.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for staging and production environments.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
Proven experience with AWS, particularly AWS Amplify.
Strong experience in setting up and managing production environments.
Experience with MongoDB Atlas.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Technical Skills:
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Proficient with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, or similar.
Experience with other cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
