Short Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Cloud Developer to gain and implement the knowledge of how to support Dantech and its clients. This is a short term engagement with a maximum duration of six months. The first four months will consist of paid on-the-job training. The goal is to be eligible for promotion on or before the 6 month engagement end date. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Math, or Science field. We will accept 4 years of professional in-office work experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Skills/Years of Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in IT, Sciences, or Math (or 4+years of professional in-office work experience)
- 1+ years of MS Word or Google Docs
- 1+ years of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- 1+ years of applying excellent customer service skills to requests for help
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- 1+ years of familiarity with Cloud concepts and terminology
- 1+ years of familiarity with networking concepts
Desired Skills/Years of Experience:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- 1+ years of running or supporting applications on AWS

Description

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, to deliver quality, and to be flexible regarding possible technical and operational solutions, approaches, and strategies. This role will be 60% technical growth and 40% office administration. For this role, you should be able to work efficiently, communicate effectively, and be obsessed with high quality deliverables that meet assigned timeframes.
Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain scripts and environments

- Contribute to the overall quality of the Dantech Team solutions deliveries
- Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports
- Participate in client support/training sessions
- Respond to requests for support with excellent customer service and willingness to efficiently provide resolution
- Support the Dantech project manager in preparing statuses, presentations, or other deliverables
- Complete all administrative office tasks to the highest of standards
- Support internal projects and office functions
- Complete additional tasks, as requested
