Role And Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and project KPIs
- Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
- Plan team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities
- Manage stakeholders and external interfaces
- Set up tools and required infrastructure
- Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
- Review, verify, and validate software code developed in the project
- Troubleshoot techniques and fix code bugs
- Monitor processes during the entire lifecycle and create new processes for improvement
- Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible
- Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures through vulnerability assessment and risk management
- Manage incidence management and root cause analysis
- Coordinate and communicate within the team and with customers
- Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools
- Strive for continuous improvement and build CI/CD pipeline
- Mentor and guide team members
- Monitor and measure customer experience and KPIs
- Manage periodic reporting on progress to management and customers
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong knowledge of software development, testing, and automation tools
- Experience in project management and stakeholder management
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and tools setup
- Familiarity with development, test, release, update, and support processes
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and code review/validation techniques
