Position: Mixed Technology Manager (PHP & DevOps)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Mixed Technology Manager with expertise in PHP development and DevOps practices to lead our cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving projects that integrate software development and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of PHP developers and DevOps engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications and services using PHP and related technologies.
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Implement best practices in coding, continuous integration, and deployment, ensuring high availability and scalability of applications.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Manage project resources, and timelines effectively.
Stay current with industry trends in PHP development, cloud technologies, and DevOps methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proficiency in PHP frameworks (e.g., CodeIgniter, Laravel) and strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
Solid understanding of DevOps practices, tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Experience in performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
